Roenen Chase is the Founder and Managing Partner of Vesentra Partners, where he leads proprietary deal origination across the industrial, manufacturing, distribution, and B2B services sectors.

He works directly with founders and acquisition partners to develop off-market opportunities from initial outreach through offers, diligence, and closing. As Vesentra expands, he is focused on building long-term advisory, co-investment, and equity partnerships.

A former national-level decathlete who ranked fourth in Canada, Roenen brings the same discipline and competitive focus to building relationships and executing transactions.

Agostino is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Galea Capital. Corporate finance experience since 2006, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and capital raising across Western Canada, working closely with family offices and institutional capital.

Previously worked with a Canadian family office on diligence and opportunity evaluation. Recognized in the Top 100 People in Finance (Top 100 Magazine, June 2020).

Richard Patzer is a Managing Director at Vesentra Partners, where he works with founders and business owners exploring liquidity events, succession planning, and growth partnerships. He focuses on connecting owners with aligned private equity groups, family offices, strategic acquirers, and operating partners based on fit, values, and desired outcomes.

Richard holds an MBA from the University of Alberta, where he studied Business Administration and Management. His background combines business strategy, relationship development, and deal origination, allowing him to support owners through the early stages of evaluating potential transaction opportunities.
